1. The amount is non refundable.
2. Please show your ID proof to the courier delivery person.
3. NRI/Outsider applicants can authorize their relatives or friends in Vadodara to receive the pass on their behalf through courier by
showing the ID proof of the applicant and the authorized person.
4. The organization (Krishna Sakhi Mandal) or organizers shall not be responsible to the participants/ invitees/attendants/viewers, for
any damage, or injury,to them in person or property, in the event of any disruption stampede, civil commotion (riot) caused due to
individual quarrel, dispute or natural events such as rain, fire, earthquake etc.
1. Registration is mandatory for every garba player.
2. No participant would be allowed to enter the ground without the smart card.
3. Traditional Garba dress is preferred and wearing a long kurta is a must.
4. Garba participant must maintain discipline and code of conduct on the ground.
5. Garba participant must produce the smart card as and when required by the organizers/volunteers.
6. Participants found under the influence of alcohol/drugs/misbehaving will be handed over to the police and their "dancer passes" will be confiscated and no refund will be given. The decision in this regards of the management will be final.
7. The smart card is for personal use of the Garba participant, which he must not sell or transfer to any other individual, if caught the pass will be confiscated no refund will be given.
8. In case of any calamities/rains/fire or other mishaps and legal hurdles, which may cause change of time, cancellation or part cancellation of the festival, the amount is non-refundable.
9. Timings of Garba shall be as per government rules and regulations.

11. The Smart Card is property of Krishna Sakhi Mandal which will be collected back on the last night at the Garba Ground.
12. For any dispute or clarifications, the decision of Chairman-RDC shall be final. All legal disputes to Baroda jurisdiction only.
13. Preserve your smart card carefully. In case of lost smart card please inform UWB volunteer immediately. Duplicate smart card may be issued by paying Rs.500 (Incl. GST 18%) which is non refundable.hard copy & ID proof & receipt will be required)
14. If you are not resident of Gujarat and if you have no local contact address, you can collect your pass from Krishna Sakhi Mandal Garba Mahotsav venue between 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM on the previous day of the garba start-up. (i.e. from 14th Oct, 2023) (If in case your relatives/friends will be coming for collecting your pass then he/she has to submit his/her id proof along with the participant's receipt)
15. If applicant is below 10 years of age and/or wrong birth date is provided, Krishna Sakhi Mandal will not be responsible to provide smart card for such false/wrong submission the refund will be given after due verification of the application/transaction 16. This is the computer generated receipt does not require signature.
